Product Description
This 30 g/㎡ single‑side glossy yellow kraft paper is an ultra‑light grade specifically designed for cable insulation wrapping, inner lining of cartons, and protective interleaving. Made from sulfate softwood pulp with low beating degree (25‑35°SR), it offers high tensile strength and tear resistance despite its low basis weight. The glossy side provides a smooth surface for printing or labeling, while the rough back ensures non‑slip stacking.

Process Introduction
100% softwood sulfate pulp (pine/spruce), cooked at 165‑175°C for 1.5‑2.5 hours, Kappa number 25‑35. Low beating degree 25‑30°SR to preserve fiber length. AKD sizing 0.2‑0.5% for moderate water resistance. Fourdrinier forming, pressed, dried at 105‑115°C to 6‑8% moisture. Single‑side soft calendering (80‑100°C, 50‑100 kN/m) creates glossy front, back remains rough.
