Product Description
This 60 g/㎡ white cotton fiber paper is specially developed for notebook and journal manufacturing. It is used as interleaving tissue between pages to prevent ink transfer, and as hinge reinforcement in softcover bindings. High folding endurance (≥500 times) and smooth surface (calendered) ensure excellent writing and printing performance. Acid‑free and archival safe.

Manufacturing Process
Bleached softwood pulp + 10‑15% cotton linters for extra softness. Beating degree 40‑45°SR. AKD sizing at 0.2%. Fourdrinier forming with light shaking for uniform fiber orientation. Pressing, drying. Soft calendering at moderate pressure to achieve smoothness without losing bulk. Rewound and cut into sheets (787*1092 mm or custom).
