Process Introduction
40g glassine follows the same core process: high-fibrillation beating, AKD sizing, PVA surface sizing (4% concentration, 15-20 kg/ton), and supercalendering at 80-120°C with linear pressure 300-500 kN/m. The resulting paper has a mirror-smooth double-sided surface, oil absorption ≤1.1 g/m², and uniform density. After moisture balancing (24-48 hours, moisture variation ≤±0.5%), it is slit for silicone coating.
