A fluorine‑free bio‑coating (modified starch + chitosan, solid content 10‑20%, viscosity 50‑200 mPa·s) is applied via metering rod or blade coating at 1.5‑2.5 g/m² per side. Post‑drying at 80‑120°C crosslinks the coating. Final hard calendering at 70‑90°C achieves smoothness ≥400s.
