Engineered for high‑oil fast foods, this 36 g/m² greaseproof paper delivers Grade 7 oil resistance, reliably containing hot burger juices and fried chicken oil for extended periods. The fluorine‑free bio‑coating provides excellent barrier without PFAS. With higher basis weight, it offers superior tear strength and stiffness, suitable for automated wrapping lines.

Process Introduction
Base paper: 70% bleached softwood + 30% bamboo pulp, beaten to 78‑80°SR. Fourdrinier forming, pressing to 40% dryness, multi‑stage drying (80‑120°C). Bio‑coating applied by curtain coater for uniform coverage (2.0‑2.5 g/m²). Post‑drying at 100‑140°C for crosslinking. Hard calendering at 70‑90°C. Finished rolls inspected for Grade value and pinholes.
