Product Description
This 50 g/m² greaseproof paper achieves the highest Grade 12 oil resistance, capable of withstanding heavy industrial greases, oily mechanical parts, and extreme food applications (e.g., butter blocks, lard packaging). The fluorinated (PFAS) coating provides ultra‑low surface energy (≤25 mN/m) and temperature resistance up to 220°C. Note: Restricted for direct food contact in some regions; ideal for non‑food industrial uses or where regulations permit.

Process Introduction
Base paper from 80% softwood pulp, beaten to 85°SR. After conventional forming, pressing, and drying, a fluorinated coating (PFOS/PFOA‑free variants available) is applied via gravure roller to achieve a 1‑2 g/m² thin film. The coating is cured at 150‑180°C. The paper exhibits excellent chemical resistance and non‑stick properties.
