This 40 g/m² fluorine‑free greaseproof paper uses a plant‑based coating (modified starch, chitosan, and sodium alginate) to achieve Grade 8 oil resistance, suitable for most fast‑food and bakery applications. Fully compliant with EU REACH and FDA fluorine‑free standards, it is 100% biodegradable and repulpable. The coating is water‑based, containing no PFAS, wax, or silicone.
