This 35 g/m² regenerated cellulose film (model RCM‑MK‑350) offers superior transparency and heat sealability, ideal for flow‑pack wrapping of chocolate bars, pastries, and biscuits. With a thickness of 23 μm, it provides balanced oxygen barrier (2.0 cc/m²·24h) and moisture protection (WVTR 18 g/m²·24h), ensuring product freshness. The film is produced via the eco‑friendly NMMO (Lyocell) solvent process, eliminating sulfur emissions and achieving 98% solvent recovery.

Process Introduction

Wood pulp (cellulose content ≥90%) is directly dissolved in aqueous NMMO (N‑methylmorpholine N‑oxide) at 85‑95°C under vacuum. The homogeneous solution is extruded through a die, passes an air gap, then coagulates in cold water to form a transparent film. Solvent is recovered (>98%) via rectification and recycled. The film is washed, dried at 80‑100°C, and slit. No plasticizers or sulfur by‑products – fully biodegradable.
