Process Introduction
Selected 100% unbleached softwood pulp with fiber length 1.8‑2.5mm is beaten to 28‑32°SR. The stock is purified through multiple screens. Precise alignment of the striped wire and press felt (tolerance ≤0.5mm) ensures uniform stripes. The Yankee dryer is chrome‑plated for high gloss. After drying, the paper is soft calendered under 3‑5 bar pressure to smooth the front without damaging stripes. Slit to custom widths.
