Product Description
This 100 g/m² heavy duty striped kraft paper is designed for demanding applications: luxury gift box wrapping, industrial hardware interleaving, and book covers. Its high stiffness and tear resistance (burst index ≥3.2) protect contents from scratches and impacts. The glossy front accepts hot stamping and lamination, while the striped reverse adds a unique texture.

Process Introduction
To achieve 100g, the forming speed is reduced, and the press pressure increased to 6‑8 bar. The Yankee dryer temperature is carefully ramped to avoid surface blistering. The paper may undergo a second pass of soft calendering for enhanced gloss. Slitting widths can be up to 1194mm. Each roll is tested for burst and tear.
